EP HELPING DELIVER Infant Formula to Gaza’s Clinics: How We’re Making It Happen
Emergency Project, in partnership with IMANA, is mobilizing funds to move infant formula to clinics and families in Gaza amid severe access constraints and rapidly worsening child malnutrition. UN-backed data estimate ~55,000 young children are acutely malnourished, with 12,800+ severely affected—a life-threatening emergency for infants.
Getting aid in remains difficult: approvals, corridor security, and shifting distribution rules have hampered reliable delivery. We are not routing through the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF); UN experts and major aid groups have criticized GHF and called for its dismantling, warning that its model politicizes or “weaponizes” aid and undermines humanitarian norms. Instead, with IMANA, we are using a trusted distributor to ensure clinic-first, accountable delivery. This week we aim to raise $10,000 to support this initiative; EP will match the first $1,000. Thank you for helping us move life-saving nutrition where it is needed most.
