Dr. Razan Al Amer is an operations leader for Emergency Project with a PhD in sociology and a powerful commitment to social justice, particularly for displaced and refugee communities. As part of EP’s Middle East leadership team, she plays a key role in both operational coordination and educational programming. Razan was instrumental in the development of EP’s first CME-accredited global health conference and continues to support mission planning, cross-cultural engagement, and team logistics in Jordan. Her expertise in social systems, empathy-driven approach, and unwavering dedication make her an essential force behind EP’s impact in the region.
