Harleen Randhawa is a pre-med student at Rutgers University with a growing background in emergency medicine, public advocacy, and global health. An EMT and emergency department scribe with frontline experience, she brings insight, energy, and precision to every mission she supports. As part of EP’s internship program, Harleen has become an integral member of both our operations and media teams—trusted for her initiative, creativity, and ability to execute. Her work spans from direct patient care to community-based education, including leadership in student-led advocacy campaigns addressing sexual and domestic violence. Harleen’s dedication to health equity and meaningful service make her a standout emerging leader in the next generation of healthcare professionals.
